The Asia's Best Workplace (HR Asia Award - Best Companies to Work for in Asia) is a prestigious award by the Human Resource magazine (HR Asia). It is held annually to assess and honor the leading corporations in the continent who have attractive policies and remuneration policies, creating an ideal working environment and regularly organizing internal bonding activities to create teamwork with employees.

To choose "The best companies to work for in Asia" this year, the organizers implemented a new model called Total Engagement Assessment Model – T.E.A.M.

Previously, it was based on the employee input survey (Employee Input Survey - EIS) with three criteria: Heart-connecting to emotion, Mind- Thinking and motivation and Soul-Belief and Behavior. This year they added three new criteria: Think-Aware about teamwork, Feel- Emotion at workplace and Do-Action along with teamwork. 

This model provides an overall and complete view, not only limit at the level of an individual’s linking, but also how each teamwork or division is interlinked in different situations. Cohesion and satisfaction with the workplace will depend on ideas and leadership of their company.

The award has been held in Vietnam twice. In the first year the award had 130 nominated candidates and this year the number was 265 nominated candidates in 24 different fields. Wipro Consumer Care Vietnam won the title for both years, alongside big firms in Vietnam such as Heineken Vietnam, Unilever Vietnam, Intel Products Vietnam, and Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam.
