World-renowned concert pianist Dang Thai Son has been invited to be a judge at the 18th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in 2020 in Poland.

World-renowned French pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet is set to hold a concert at the Hanoi Opera House on October 23, accompanied by the Sun Symphony Orchestra.

HBSO’s Autumn Melodies is an annual festival in which a series of concerts takes place on almost consecutive days. This year it runs from August 17 to 25, with a total of eight concerts in all.

Luu Duc Anh, 26, has won many prizes, including first prize at the 2017 Stockholm International Piano Competition and Special Prize in the Alain Marinaro Competition in Collioure, France.

 VietNamNet Bridge – Chopin Competition Gold Medalist Dang Thai Son was unanimously voted vice president of the jury at the 17th International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland on Saturday.

People’s artist Dang Thai Son will come back to the fatherland for a performance titled “all Beethoven’s piano concerto” under the baton of Japanese conductor Honna Tetsuji at the Hanoi Opera House on January 15 and 18.
