Vietnam always treasures peace and stability, said Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh while addressing the 25th International Conference on the Future of Asia in Tokyo, Japan, on Thursday.

 Despite difficulties and challenges, if international law, practices and regional commitments are fully respected and responsibilities shared, then there is a bright future for Asia, said Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam.
