Located in the northern province of Lao Cai, Fansipan saw thousands of visitors flocking to the top of the nation’s tallest mountain over the weekend to enjoy the sight of ice and frost.
Many tourists are delighted at the prospect of seeing ice and frost lining the rocks and pagoda situated at the peak of Fansipan on the mornings of December 5 and 6. However, many who traveled to Sapa town in Lao Cai province over the weekend found no ice during that time.
Despite the sunny conditions on the top of Fansipan, plenty of tourists could still feel the cold.
