The Vietnam – Russia partnership also sees great potentialfor mutual investment in the fields of military technology, energy, and oil& gas exploitation, he said.

He stressed his belief that Vietnam will effectivelyimplement a balanced and independent multilateral policy amid the currentglobal complexities.
