Many trees in the central city of Danang have been trimmed to help ensure safety during the storm season.
The work has been done on main streets of the city over the past two days such as Tran Hung Dao and Bach Dang.
Trees in Da Nang trimmed during the storm season
Dang Kien who lives on Tran Hung Dao Street in Son Tra District said this would help keep the street clearer during the rainy season.
However, many people have complained about the how untidy the cut branches were after being trimmed, affecting the city’s image.
Following the complaint, Danang Green Tree and Park company sent staff for the collection.
