The Central Military Procuracy – the standing agency of the Joint Circular compilation group that include representative of the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Supreme People's Procuracy - coordinated with related bodies to organize the conference to discuss and approve a number of contents according to comments of relevant agencies on the 5th draft Joint Circular on coordination in arrest and temporary seizure and supervise the arrest and custody of agencies, persons assigned to carry out a number of investigative activities of the Border Guard and the Coast Guard.

At the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Lam, Head of Division 4 of the Central Military Procuracy, presented a report on comments from relevant agencies and the revised draft joint circular prepared by the compilation group.

Representatives of relevant agencies and members of the compilation group presented their opinions and comments to clarify the issues that are still inconsistent. The Joint Circular compilation group was proposed to collect and summarize comments to revise the draft as suggested by the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People's Procuracy.

In his closing speech, Major General Nguyen Trung Hung asked members of the compilation group and related agencies to collect the comments of delegates to revise and complete the Joint Circular, prepare sufficient documents and procedures to submit to relevant agencies for approval and take steps in accordance with the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, under which leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People's Procuracy will sign for the promulgation and implementation of the joint circular in the coming time.
