The SXD247 app is aimed at mobilizing multiple web-based systems for residents to help home buyers find complete and reliable information on real estate projects and improve users’ experience in using public products.

Besides this, the app will regularly be updated with the latest information on property projects managed by the municipal department.

It only takes SXD247 users a few seconds to find information on housing projects, including the projects’ square footage, investment scale and images as well as investor information, legal status and construction progress.

Apart from this, with the app, users can check other useful information related to the status of applications, licenses, certificates and administrative procedures.

As such, SXD247, which users can download from the App Store or Google Play, helps residents and firms avoid possible disputes with project investors when buying apartments in incomplete projects and reduces the number of fake projects being advertised.

“We will collaborate with the department to add subsystems to the app so that residents can use the app in an effective manner,” stated Le Nguyen Diem from FPT IS.

In addition, users can send feedback or suggestions on resolving problems with construction, flooding and lighting systems. They can upload images of problem areas through the app, which immediately informs the relevant units of the problems. Meanwhile, management agencies can also directly supervise users’ feedback and suggestions and urge the relevant units to address these problems. SGT
