The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation’s (SEAMEO) Regional Training Centre (RETRAC) has used Tech4Teach, an online site, in 40 training courses for 1,200 foreign-language teachers in 11 southern provinces in the last two years.

Vietnam ranks 29th among the world's 70 largest countries by English skills, or an increase of four levels, Education First (EF) Viet Nam announced yesterday based on figures of EF Global's English proficiency index 2015.
