Police in the southern province of Tien Giang have just arrested Pham Minh Qu, 14, as part of their investigation into the death of his grandmother and father.

Mr. Bui Van Bang from Cai Lay District, Tien Giang Province yesterday said that he had just sold an over 50-year-old yellow apricot tree at a price of over VND4 billion (US$176,000).
