No Trang Long market was only opened since 2013 in order to create a place for the antique collectors in HCM City to exchange with each other. After six years, the market has attracted thousands of visitors and became a cultural place for the locals.

The market was set up inside a cafe bar located in an alleyway. According to the employees, they sold 1,000 tickets each day. A ticket includes a drink or snack and costs a total VND40,000 (USD1.72).

Nearly every shop has its own specialist collections. Some shops sell cameras, magazines, ceramics or feng shui items. According to a seller, they put on display whatever they have been able to collect. Some sellers are from the US and Europe. There are also many foreign visitors at the market
