VN faces wild polio threat

The Ministry of Health has told local medical centres, institutes of hygiene and epidemiology and Pasteur Institutes throughout the country to take preventive measures against the wild polio virus which has spread globally.

Thousands of Buddhists flocked to the street to see 32 flower-decorated vehicles while on Nhieu Loc and Tau Hu canals, flower-decorated boats participated in the lantern festival celebrating the Vesak Day.
