Job Description

Customer Engagement

  • Work together to drive CVP development and maintenance for Private Customers.
  • Build and implement client engagement programs and initiatives.

Event Management & Others

  • Laise with cross-departments to develop a comprehensive annual event plan aligned with brand marketing plan to support brand strategy as well as business goals.
  • Lead the event team to execute the events and brand activation activities, ensure creative approaches and flawless execution, especially events reserved for Private Customer groups.
  • Manage marketing budget and allocation plan, develop a Brand MKT.
  • Understand consumer behavior and engagement patterns with brand messaging. Propose initiatives to help enhance AuM, sales, number of customers, long-term customer engagement with Private banking services including testimonial articles, customer’s story …
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Private banking industry and on competitor's activities to help with sales ideas, overcoming objections and product positioning.
  • Being responsible for other projects as assigned by line manager. Coordinating with cross-functions and third parties to ensure work results that are delivered in good quality; in a timely manner and within budget.

Brand management and communicat

  • Work with leadership and bank’s Marcom to develop long-term, research-led brand strategy to build strong brand positioning and enhance brand equity.
  • Develop branding plan and execute of branding campaigns, in line with Private banking’s brand strategy to enhance brand awareness across channels, attract customers and achieve business KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Marcom team across the bank to build a consistent brand image & brand characteristics and enhance brand SOV throughout channels by creating compelling concept directions for both online and offline channels.
  • Work closely with other Digital team to deploy always-on campaigns and other branding campaigns to build brand reputation and generate leads.
  • Conduct necessary market research, brand health research to inject valuable insights into brand and marketing strategies and planning as well as Student recruitment strategies.

Job Requirement

1. Trình độ Học vấn/ Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, PR or related fields.

2. Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in Marketing, PR and communications;
  • Experienced in communication work, brand management of products and services for priority/HNW/UHNW segments.

3. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn có liên Quan/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • Strategic brand communications mindset.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of priority/HNW/UHNW customer is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a flexible and changeable environment.
