- Assign, inspect and direct the development of agent business according to region.
- Do market research and assign, control and lead employees in charge of construction price and products, policies and service policies.
- Assign, inspect, develop and exploit the positove relationships with major partners and new markets.
- Negotiate and manage strategic contracts.
- Allocate, check and direct officials in charge of online/offline marketing, online and offline image design
- Assign and examine the employees in charge of the acquisition of products and services.
- Create national revenue development plan and assess work performance.
- Create and accomplish the forms, processes, and procedures needed for internal administration and management.
- Recruit and train Sales & Marketing staff.
