Develop training materials, modules, and presentations on various EHS topics including but not limited to hazardous waste management, chemical safety, emergency response procedures, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
Conduct training sessions for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders both in-person and through virtual platforms.
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments or job roles within the organization.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
Collaborate with EHS specialists, managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the development and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Participate in EHS audits and inspections as needed to assess training compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Adminsitration or a related majors
Proven experience as an EHS Trainer or similar role, with a strong background in developing and delivering training programs.
Deep understanding of EHS regulations and industry standards.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Labor Safety - Group II certificate is preferred.
Experience in instructional design or curriculum development is a plus.
Good English communication
