Job Overview:

A Graphics Designer is a creative role at ofi Vietnam. He/she designs and develops the overall layout, key visual (e.g., logos, branding elements), and production design for all online communication and manufacturing processes. We're looking for a detail-oriented person with strong design skills and experience, along with a portfolio that proves it. With projects ranging in scope, media channel, and production, designers at ofi must be equipped to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Key Visuals and layouts for a wide range of materials, including Backdrop, Banner, Standee, Email, etc. for Communications campaign.

• Work within Brand guideline to create product-packaging layout for labels, display tray, pallet and carton.

• Modify and revise existing designs to meet client needs or to improve design quality.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphics design or related fields. 

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a preference for experience in the FMCG or food industry. 

• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator). Animation skill is a plus. 

• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. 

• Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to apply them creatively to various media products for maximum impact. 

• Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
