Study Frame, spec in AIS to calculate routing for NEWGO.
Work closely with IE UPH team: review sample, verify spec, CNC program, BOM data to make routing for R&D, Innovation, Costing.
Receive, verify & fix routing issue: wrong routing, miss routing, high Efficiency.
Work closely with Cover Fit routing team to update routing in system.
Review actual routing in Production.
Support to solve Production problem.
Support to issue new process, new SOP.
Support to test & apply improvement idea.
Analysis & build standard element for new operation, new process.
Job Requirement
Education: Graduated from College, Univeristy with Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent majors.
Experience: From 1 year experience
Knowledge of: Standard time, Lean: VSM, Flow chart, line Balancing
Skills and Abilities: Good at Excel, Analysis tool: Pivot Table, Power PI
Good English skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Systems and continuous improvement orientation.
