Job Responsibilities:
1. Document Management
o Be responsible for receiving, forwarding, and archiving all kinds of documents of the company to ensure the safety, integrity, and timely processing of documents.
o Classify, organize, file, and keep company documents to facilitate query and use.
o Assist leader in drafting, reviewing, printing, copying, and distributing various documents and reports.
2. Meeting and Activity Organization
o Be responsible for arranging company meetings, including booking meeting rooms, notifying attendees, and preparing meeting materials.
o Take meeting minutes, sort out meeting minutes, and track the implementation of meeting resolutions.
o Assist in organizing various dept. activities such as team building activities and annual meetings.
3. Administrative Support
o Be responsible for the distribution, and management of office supplies to ensure an adequate supply of office supplies.
4. Data Entry and Statistics
o Be responsible for entering and organizing all kinds of data of the dept. to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
o Conduct data statistics and analysis to provide data support for leadership decision-making.
5. Other Tasks
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leaders and actively cooperate with the work of various departments of the company.
