Job Description

  1. Customer Insight Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth research on the behaviors, needs, and trends of priority customers through online surveys, customer data, and market research.
  • Propose strategies to develop services and products that cater to the needs of high-net-worth customer segments.
  1. Multi-channel Customer Communication:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans, including direct marketing (traditional and digital), direct sales channels, cross-platform advertising, and press releases, tailored to specific priority customer programs.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to create content and visuals that resonate with the priority customer segment, implement and monitor performance, report results, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Manage and control brand image through direct content, mobile banking apps, websites, branch networks, and nationwide Priority Customer Centers.
  1. Digitalization of Priority Customer Services:
  • Develop and implement a digital customer journey for banking services to enhance the priority customer experience through various transaction and online communication channels.
  • Propose improvements to the customer experience and digital solutions to enhance service quality.
  1. Customer Experience Management at Events:
  • Develop customer experience scenarios for offline and online events.
  • Implement plans to internal units and oversee the execution of customer care activities before, during, and after events.
  1. Annual Priority Customer Care Programs:
  • Develop a budget plan, ideate activities, and determine annual priority customer gifts.
  • Implement and control the quality of program activities.
  • Conduct customer experience surveys and evaluate implementation results.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in banking, digital marketing, or high-net-worth customer management.
  • Experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns and managing high-net-worth customer segments.
  • Skills in market analysis, customer insight, and strategy development.
  • In-depth understanding of digital trends in the finance and banking industry.
  • Excellent communication, self-learning, project management, and teamwork skill
