Job Description

Technical support Engineer/Coordinator provides technical support to Technical Project Manager on daily tasks of Optimization projects / Improving Factory efficiency. The Optimization and Improvement project will include the projects reducing production cost, saving energy consumption, proposing solution to mitigate risk / mistakes by human, to save cost and increase production capability, reduce blocked.

You will participate in the related Business development projects (new product/ new process/ new machines). Tasks will include the development, implementation and maintenance of technological company systems and processes, including troubleshooting any potential issues.

You will work with Technical Project Manager in daily task on all types of optimizations and improvement projects as required.

Technical support Engineer/Coordinator will do:

  1. Study process and find out issues/ areas for improvement/correction
  2. Joining discussion with related partners (suppliers, internal departments)
  3. Plan, propose solution for discussing /brain storming with team
  4. Prepare investment application for submission. Implement, develop, and ensure projects implemented as per schedule approved.
  5. Forecasting potential operation risks.
  6. Compliance: Comply with Company regulations, ISO processes and guidelines.
  7. Reporting. You will be responsible for the preparation of reports, key figures for the technical projects in charge.
  8. Other Ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirement

-        Diploma/Bachelor of mechanical engineering or Food Technology is preferred

-        Having 2 year technical background and expertise is a plus

-        Good in English and computing skills

-        Good organization & management skills,

-        Effective problem solving skills and follow-through skills.

-        Effective presentation and communication with all organizational levels.

-        Skill on prioritizing multiple tasks within changing work demands.

-        Have knowledge and experience in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000, HACCP and ISO 22000).
