Responsibilities:
1. Monitor day by day sales performance:
- Perform inventory & sales channel management
- Perform pricing and develop promotional campaigns to generate sales.
- Coordinate with MKT to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
- Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
- Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
- Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, Product team, MKT, Brand team,…) for smooth running of sales operation
2. Customer Operation (CO) tasks:
- Respond to inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and social media about products, orders.
- Resolve issues related to defective products, incorrect orders, or refund requests in line with return and warranty policies.
- Assist customers in tracking the status of their orders, deliveries, and addressing any shipping-related issues.
- Provide product information, payment options, and promotional details to guide customers during the purchasing process.
- Collect and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve services and products
3 . Conduct market research: initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new markets to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching plans.
4. Prepare sales report & analysis: (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
5. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the leader/ manager.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Saturday Morning).
Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
