• Prepare and assist in managing daily and monthly performance reports, analysis reports, and portfolio reports.
• Analyze financial investment activities within treasury operations, proprietary trading, and derivative business segments.
• Support asset growth management, funding, and capital planning to enhance the company’s balance sheet effectiveness.
• Participate in BI reporting projects, including the development of data mart, automated reports, and BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial analysis and support.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably at securities firms, or auditing at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to structure tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
• A professional, open-minded, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
