- Having at least 6 months experiencing in contact center or customer service is a huge plus.
- Being good at English speaking (no interruption, clear pronunciation) and writing is required.

- S5: from 10:00 to 19:00
- S6: from 11:00 to 20:00
- S7: from 12:00 to 21:00
- S8: from 13:00 to 22:00
- S9: from 14:00 to 23:00
- S10: from 21:30 to 06:30 next day
