How are you going to make a difference?

The Marketing Leader/Manager will build and lead an A-team to develop, manage, and execute global B2B and B2C marketing strategies in the print-on-demand industry in order to sustain a 30% annual growth rate for the next three years and ensure the firm's success.

- Create, plan, and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to triple monthly new leads/newly opened accounts and increase retention rates.

- Develop, maintain, optimize, and drive traffic to our e-commerce website to archive 500,000 visitors per month by 12/31/2025, with a 3-5% conversion rate and an AOV of $30 or more, using both SEO and PPC approaches, and making it profitable.

- Within a year, build and lead a team of A-players ranging from 5 to 10 marketing specialists. Coach and mentor the team.

- Create a reusable marketing handbook. This handbook includes the capability of scaling and diversifying the customer base within the existing market, as well as the capability of entering a new market segment.

- Identify, build, and foster strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and stakeholders to expand brand reach, create joint business opportunities, and enhance customer acquisition.

- Develop and execute a community engagement strategy that builds a vibrant online and offline community, driving customer loyalty and strengthening brand presence.

Are you a fit?

- Bachelor’s degree. University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Management.

- Fundamental knowledge of brand management, advertising, and media communications.

- At least 5 years experience in Marketing. E-commerce experience preferred.

- Proven ability to develop and execute both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

- Experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships and fostering community growth.

- Strategic and critical thinking.

- Experience in analyzing data and trends. Understanding market demands and consumers well.

- Experience in search ads, display ads, remarketing, analytics, and performance marketing.

- Experience in event planning and management.

- Experience driving growth.

- Experience in team management. Ability to coach/ mentor team members.

- Active, responsive, open-minded, optimistic, and creative thinking.

- Ability to work under high pressure.

- Fluent in MS Office.

- Fluent in English in writing and communication.

- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
