The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. *** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Planning for Metal manufacturing operations including: Casting, Grinding, Plating, Packing…/Lập kế hoạch cho các hoạt động sản xuất bao gồm các công đoạn: Đúc, Quay/Mài, Xi mạ, Đóng Gói

• Make detailed production plans by week/month/quarter/year for each stage and ensure that the stages coordinate effectively, keep on schedule, save time and optimize costs./Lên kế hoạch sản xuất chi tiết theo tuần/tháng/quý/năm cho từng công đoạn và đảm bảo các công đoạn phối hợp hiệu quả, đúng tiến độ, tiết kiệm thời gian và tối ưu hóa chi phí.

• Estimate product completion time/Dự tính thời gian hoàn thành sản phẩm

• Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, considering factors such as workload, resource availability, and material availability./Lên lịch sản xuất: Phát triển và duy trì lịch trình sản xuất, xem xét các yếu tố như khối lượng công việc, nhân lực, vật tư...

• Material Planning: Coordinate with the purchase team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production./Lên kế hoạch vật tư: Phối hợp với nhóm mua hàng để đảm bảo tính khả dụng kịp thời của vật tư và các thành phần cần thiết cho sản xuất

• Demand Forecasting: Analyze customer demand patterns and collaborate with the sales team to forecast future demand accurately./Dự báo nhu cầu: Phân tích các nhu cầu của khách hàng và hợp tác với nhóm bán hàng để dự báo chính xác nhu cầu trong tương lai.

• Production Monitoring: Optimize production lines for even work distribution, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring efficient use of resources./Giám sát sản xuất: Tối ưu hóa dây chuyền sản xuất để phân bổ công việc đồng đều, giảm thiểu tình trạng tắc nghẽn và đảm bảo sử dụng hiệu quả các nguồn lực.

• Oversee the whole plan basing on sales order/ forecast in terms of product types, production/ product complexity, etc. then work out on master plan/ forecast that match to the production and sales orders;/Giám sát toàn bộ kế hoạch dựa trên đơn đặt hàng bán hàng/dự báo về loại sản phẩm, độ phức tạp của sản xuất/sản phẩm, v.v. sau đó lập kế hoạch tổng thể/dự báo phù hợp với đơn đặt hàng sản xuất và bán hàng;

• Efficiently allocate resources, including 4M: man, method, material and machinery, to ensure production system deployment and achieve production targets./Phân bổ hiệu quả các nguồn lực, bao gồm 4M: con người, phương pháp, vật liệu và máy móc, để đảm bảo triển khai hệ thống sản xuất và đạt được mục tiêu sản xuất.

• Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high-quality standards while improving production efficiency./Phối hợp với các nhóm kiểm soát chất lượng để duy trì các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao trong khi cải thiện hiệu quả sản xuất.

• Implement just-in-time inventory principles to reduce excess work-in-process and associated costs. Closely monitoring the job order closing status/Triển khai các nguyên tắc kiểm kê đúng lúc để giảm lượng công việc đang thực hiện và các chi phí liên quan. Theo dõi chặt chẽ trạng thái đóng lệnh công việc.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the on going process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs./Cải tiến liên tục: Đóng góp vào các sáng kiến ​​cải tiến quy trình đang diễn ra, triển khai các biện pháp thực hiện tốt nhất và xác định các cơ hội để nâng cao hiệu quả và giảm chi phí.

• Production Control by ERP data/Kiểm soát sản xuất bằng dữ liệu ERP

• Prepare reports and evaluate production processes and propose solutions to improve production targets./Chuẩn bị báo cáo và đánh giá các quy trình sản xuất và đề xuất các giải pháp để cải thiện mục tiêu sản xuất.

• Other requirements assigned by superiors./Các yêu cầu khác do cấp trên giao.

• Graduated from college or university: preferably majoring in Industrial management, Industrial systems engineering, Business Aministration (or replaceable by related work experience)

•  Minimum 5 years of planning experience in manufacturing companies, preferably 7-8 years

• Intermediate English

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP

• Highly analytical thinker

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience in implementing Lean/Kaizen practices in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Willing to set up and build new systems and work in a challenging environment
