• Participates sales activities to achieve sales target

• Establish product portfolio with key customers and market and continuously identify product needs and secure new suppliers to fill the portfolio gaps
• Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
• Timely submission of reports to principals with comments/ analysis / and action plan added

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical science or related subject
• Experienced in sales of home care, personal care or cosmetics ingredients, R&D in cosmetic applications
• Good Negotiation and Management Skills
• Key Account Management experience
• Strong Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
• Good Communication Skill
• Open Minded, Independent, Proactive and Innovative
