WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOUR ROLE?
Working as a part of the Technical Solutions Department, your role will be responsible for:
Customer Support
- Being the first-line supporter for customers seeking technical assistance within the clients’ group
- Qualifying and tracking the issues/inquiries raised by end-users
- Working closely with the Global Support Team to resolve clients’ issues
Product
- Localizing the product language to Vietnamese to ensure it is understandable for non-technical users;
- Testing and validating product quality before release;
- Receiving client feedback and supporting the Shift Leader in collecting information to propose and prioritize product features for the Line Manager;
- Proactively monitoring the product and tracking bugs;
Technical Writer
- Composing User Guide/User Manual/ New Feature Blog Post for end-users
- Translate Product Documents and related documents to Vietnamese/English
