- Ensure JD/ FTE of each position matching the requirement of job/ tasks.
- Evaluate employee capabilities to offer appropriate career paths
- Training skills for selected levels, evaluating training results after training
- Evaluate the result of survey, such as job satisfaction, working environment, mental health and happiness of employees
- Propose improvements to enhance the connection between employees and the company
- Analyze report as required
Job relationship:
Training & Development Supervisor must have good relationship with individual, department, partner to do the roles and responsible as below:
Relating Departments: Sales, Logistic, Marketing, Accounting.
Job responsibilities:
- Understand the competency requirements of all employees according to JD/ FTE
- Analyze the competency requirements of the entire position
- Work with HOD/ Mgr to analyze employee competencies, compare with competency requirements.
- Make a talent list of employees with good Performance/KPI
- Coordinate with HOD/ Line Manager to evaluate attitudes
- Follow the talent list to build a suitable training and development roadmap
- Identify training needs (through capacity analysis, employee survey, BOD requirements,...)
- Training needs analysis (TNA)
- Design training content:
- Organize implementation:
- Evaluation after training:
- Report after training:
- Follow the list of new comer to conduct Orientation
- Plan & budget to organize bonding programs:
