- Directly manage all business activities of the wooden furniture manufacturing industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and business plans as assigned.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, architects, and design companies to support business activities.
- Review and assess documents to present to the director for approval, organize tenders for project implementation according to current regulations.
- Monitor progress, costs, quality, and compliance with contract terms.
- Compile and evaluate data to advise the BOD on resolving issues and arising matters that impact the quality, progress, and investment efficiency of the project.
- Manage, recruit, and train the sales team.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual business reports.
- Update company policies, market information, and competitor insights.
- Participate in product knowledge and sales skill training sessions.
- Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.
