RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Business Development strategy based on company business strategy:
- Build up sales strategy for assigned customer/ area to achieve target of section.
- Expand business scale with current customer. Create new business.
- Develop sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Keeping satisfaction of existing clients, and expanding scope of business with them.
- Overseas sales roles (WCA and JC Trans member).
* Branch Manager:
- To manage and control operation activities of Branch.
- Leads, supports and improves operations.
- Oversees inbound and outbound shipments.
- Pricing (air freight, sea freight, trucking, warehouse, customs clearance) and deal with
vendors to get good rates to improve margin level
- Investigates, resolves and/or escalates customer service issues, as appropriate.
