· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
· Foster and develop relationships with new and existing Blue-Chip clients.
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services and capabilities.
· Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
· Prepares necessary sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners on the company's services and capabilities.
· Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff.
· Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base.
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM and other programs as needed.
· Some other jobs and duties as assigned by the BD Director of the company.
