1. Interpretation:

- Provide direct interpretation during meetings and discussions between the CEO and partners, clients, and employees.

- Translate documents, emails, and texts from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.

2. Document Approval:

- Receive and return documents that require the CEO’s signature.

- Track and update the progress of document approvals.

3. Administrative Support:

- Assist the CEO with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing work schedules.

- Coordinate appointments and business trips for the CEO.

-   Graduated with a related university degree.

-   Certificate in foreign language proficiency.

-   At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

-   Efficient in English and Japanese.

-   Be trained in interpretation and translation skills.

-   Communication skills.

-   Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and other work-related tools.

-   Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.

-   Having the ability to fully comprehend and interpret exactly the ideas.
