Job Description

Thời gian làm việc: 8h - 17h30 | T2 - T7
Mô tả công việc:
- Đào tạo sản phẩm, quy trình cho các Sales Staff.
- Lên kế hoạch đào tạo và đánh giá cho các đại lý mới.
- Đảm bảo trình độ đào tạo và tỷ lệ vượt qua đào tạo.
- Phối hợp với Trưởng nhóm và QC về kế hoạch đào tạo/huấn luyện theo yêu cầu.
- Cập nhật tài liệu đào tạo và đảm bảo các đại lý được đào tạo tốt về kiến thức và thông tin.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác do Manager giao

Job Requirement

- Có ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm ở vị trí đào tạo dinh dưỡng/bán hàng qua điện thoại
- Giao tiếp tốt, chuẩn bị/tùy chỉnh nội dung đào tạo.
- Có kỹ năng đào tạo/trình bày tốt
