· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
· At least 4-5 years of experience in banking service especially in Credit Card sales function.
· Knowledge of credit card products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
· Proficient with MS Office.
· Fluent in English both writing and speaking skill.
· Strong leadership, communication both verbal and written and presentation skills, and analytical skills.
· Result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
