The Service Trainer (Nhân viên Đào tạo Dịch vụ) delivers learning products and services in a variety of environments, using multiple learning delivery modes and methods. You wil assesses learning needs and adapts the facilitation approach to reflect desired learning outcomes and learner needs. You will responsible for knowledge and skills transfer by delivering learning content, facilitating group discussions and responding to queries. You will drives learner development and commitment to continuous learning by actively providing feedback and learner support. Evaluates curriculum effectiveness and recommends improvement areas by collecting learner feedback as well as analysis learning delivery approaches and materials. You have to have a strong communicator to builds trusted relationships and creates a cooperative and engaging learning environment.
Implement training courses & Evaluate training effectiveness
- Organize effective training and attract many employees to participate.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure training programs achieve set goals.
Coaching in stores & Field Training
- Store check the knowledge, skills and processes and provide on-the-job training (coaching) on the content employees have learned on nation wide
Develop new training content
- Provide feedback on learning and fashion programs to enhance store staff’s skills so that they are equipped with necessary skills
- Develop quality training content that is suitable for students.
Manage and build e-learning platforms
- Manage staff participation and control results
- Build and compile document content to upload to the platform
