1. Develop, implement, and update Human Resources & General Affairs procedures to support Company in achieving strategic objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment activities to attract talent.
3. Manage employee performance & KPI, including coaching, defining KPI target, KPI result, performance evaluation, and development.
4. Analyze compensation and benefits trends, propose competitive salary structures, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
5. Collaborate with department managers to identify the Company needs and improvement actions.
6. Implement succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership.
7. Organize employee engagement activities and events.
