Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office;
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office building/ control room;
  • Organize business trips, meetings and events as needed;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed;
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical files;
  • Manage in/out correspondences and draft official letters, memo,…;
  • Prepare request for quotations to the vendors/ suppliers; collect quotations and prepare vendor comparison;
  • Prepare/check purchase orders/ contracts on procurement;
  • Follow up with receiving goods/ services of procurement;
  • Collect payment documents, prepare payment requests;
  • Assist other departments with various administrative tasks as needed;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Final year university students majoring in Economics / Business Administration related field.
  • Knowledge in the Admin and Procurement field.
  • Understanding of office management procedures and relevant legal regulations is preferrable.
