Perform the role of a Corporate legal executive including but not limited to corporate legal tasks and other ones of Board of Directors (BOD).
1. Corporate legal:
- Being in charge of all enterprise legal activities.
- Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts and legal documents to mitigate company liability.
- Ensuring that all departments of the company have been to guidelines and implement the right laws.
- Having good technical skills and knowledge in a range of competencies, understanding risk and file management obligations and ensure that your file management responsibilities are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Advising and preparing documentation on the legal aspects of setting up a new business and/or changing the legality information of the company
- Researching to support legal proceedings and stay updated on new laws and regulations.
2. Tasks from BOD & BOM:
- Being in charge of secretarial duties for meetings of the BOD and BOM to execute management and operations functions.
- Preparing documents and participating in meetings related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, working with investment funds.
3. Others:
- Coordinating with the corporation's legal department in some work related to the company.
- Implementing the other tasks assigned by the manager.
