A leading manufacturer of sportswear and garments for globally recognized brands, we are a dynamic company with a workforce of 4,000 employees. As we expand our production activities, we're seeking a talented and experienced Factory Manager to join our team.

• Oversee all aspects of M&E operations, including production support, infrastructure maintenance, and equipment management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for company infrastructure, equipment, and machinery.
• Monitor and manage the performance of our Network Service Provider (NTP).
• Proactively identify and address infrastructure maintenance needs.
• Utilize AutoCAD software for technical drawings and project visualization.
• Manage material procurement, including raw material calculation and quantity control.
• Develop and present construction plans and proposals.
• Prepare and submit documents for environmental, fire protection, and wastewater treatment approvals.
• Effectively delegate tasks and provide ongoing support to M&E staff.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures within the M&E departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
