Main responsibility:
- Consulting customers about product features, pricing and after-sales services.
- Communicate customers about promotion events, discounts and special offers.
- Follow up order from receiving to delivery.
- Contacting to related departments to finish the order on time.
- Assisting in monthly inventory and production display.
- Customer service and solving problem in case customer complain.
- Get and provide customer feedback to managers.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and service.
