1. Drive the sales and achieve targets in sale volume, market share, revenue.
2. Manage all sale channels (MT channel, GT channel,…)
3. Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage.
4. Analyze and monitor current market condition and competitor information.
5. Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual sales & marketing budget.
6. Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs.
7. Manage and co-operate as well as negotiate with the domestic distributor in general trade and modern trade.
8. Manage communications with customers and consumers.
9. Prepare and control budget of Sales & Marketing Department.
