· Contacting agents in WCA network to introduce about WINWIN & offer services on basic routings.
· Keeping in touch with agents continuously, developing and growing relationships with key agents at countries that are assigned, trying to get more customer ín that can help you address correct quotation to their current demands and win business. Beside email, finding an another way to contact them more convenient, such us wechat, skype, whatapps…
· Welcoming and meeting with the agent, eye-to-eye meeting at the office or online meeting.
· Negotiating flexibly on price, terms and conditions with agents to come to sign Agent Agreement in mutual profit and satisfaction.
· Preparing requisite reports weekly to Team Leader that record information about email reports, agent’s feedback reports, cost reports for all cases that occurred in working week and working plan for the next week.
· In conjunction with Team Leader building a plan for sales performance and plan for overseas sales activities such as attendance at Logistics trade shows/ exhibitions, especially WCA workshops to meet sales target.
