What you're going to do
Our IT infrastructure is critical for the work of our software engineers, testers, business analysts and other employees. Therefore, having an advanced and stable IT environment which people can rely on is essential to us. You will play an important role in the day-to-day IT operations by maintaining, upgrading and managing our software and hardware. You will be a member of an international team and will be responsible for local and global tasks and user support.
As a System Administrator, you will provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter. You will install, configure and administer physical and virtual infrastructure devices and infrastructure services (Windows and macOS). You will get the chance to further nurture your technical interest in your chosen field of expertise. You will be given the opportunity to work independently and learn the skillset of an engineer as well.

In your daily work, you will:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Install, configure and administer physical and virtual infrastructure devices and infrastructure services (Windows and macOS)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and end-user problems using ticketing system
- Participate in regional level server and network administration
- Perform scheduled maintenance and changes on the regional/local IT infrastructure, systems and services
- Support new colleagues regarding IT cases (PC, hardware, software)
- Provide technical assistance for company events and presentations
- Have daily contact with the Senior System Engineering team members located in Vietnam, Budapest, and Zürich
- Communicate with third party providers
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation manuals and IT policies
