Dẫn dắt việc thực hiện các hoạt động cải thiện an toàn, hành động ngay lập tức khi có hành vi không an toàn, ngăn chặn các hành vi không an toàn và báo cáo các hoạt động có rủi ro cao và đưa ra phản hồi cho những người liên quan.
Đảm bảo các phụ tùng quan trọng (ví dụ: lưu lượng kế, bộ truyền nhiệt độ, bộ truyền áp suất, PLC) liên quan đến máy kiểm tra hoặc các lỗi chất lượng và các công cụ hiệu chuẩn chính phải được lưu trữ trong môi trường thích hợp.
Quản lý kho phụ tùng theo các quy trình công việc cung ứng và kiểm kê (nhận, xuất, đối chiếu và 5S).
Quản lý và tổ chức việc đếm chu kỳ hàng tồn kho theo quy trình và nhanh chóng giải quyết các sự khác biệt giữa hàng tồn kho thực tế và dữ liệu hàng tồn kho.
Hợp tác với bộ phận mua sắm và lập kế hoạch về các phụ tùng và dịch vụ cần thiết và sẽ được đặt hàng; tức là thực hiện đúng quy trình công việc cung ứng và đảm bảo phụ tùng và dịch vụ được giao đúng thời gian và hiệu quả.
Phối hợp và đồng bộ về việc bàn giao giữa đội ngũ lập kế hoạch bảo trì và đội ngũ thực hiện bảo trì; cả từ việc bàn giao cho thực hiện và/hoặc nhận lại vật liệu từ đội ngũ thực hiện.
Phối hợp và đồng bộ giữa các nhà lập kế hoạch bảo trì và các kỹ thuật viên bảo trì; tức là đảm bảo phân đoạn phụ tùng đúng và cài đặt MRP (Lập kế hoạch tài nguyên vật liệu) đúng và giảm chi phí hơn nữa.
Thực hiện gắn thẻ nếu cần thiết hoặc phù hợp.
Đảm bảo rằng các báo cáo và chỉ số quản lý phụ tùng được theo dõi hàng tháng trên hệ thống CMMS và bảng điều khiển SPM.
Quản lý hệ thống danh mục vật liệu và tài liệu kỹ thuật.
Tập trung quản lý các bản vẽ tài sản, tài liệu, giấy phép (giấy phép), bảo hành.
Giữ kho phụ tùng được tổ chức tốt và sạch sẽ thông qua việc áp dụng phương pháp 5S và sử dụng quản lý trực quan tốt (VM).
Quản lý dữ liệu MRP và đảm bảo các cài đặt được cập nhật.
Quản lý dữ liệu danh mục vật liệu và đảm bảo nó được cập nhật.
Quản lý dữ liệu phân đoạn phụ tùng và đảm bảo nó được cập nhật.
Báo cáo cho Trưởng nhóm Bảo trì.

Manage the spare parts store and related activities in a safe manner.
Lead to implement safety improvement activities, act immediately when unsafe behaviour occurs, stop unsafe behaviours and report high-risk activities and give feedback to the relevant people.
Ensure critical spare parts (e.g. flowmeters, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, PLC) related to inspection machines or quality defects and master calibration tools have to be stored in the proper environment.
Manage the spare parts store in accordance with the supply and inventory work processes (receiving, issuing, reconciliation and 5S).
Manage & organise stock cycle counting following procedures and escalate to promptly resolve discrepancies between physical stock and stock data.
Cooperate and align with procurement and planning about required and to-be-ordered parts and services; i.e. proper executing of the supply work process.
Cooperate with procurement team to ensure spare parts and services supplies are delivered OTIF and effectively
Manage coordination and alignment regarding handovers between the planning team and the maintenance execution team; both from handing over to execution and/or receiving returned materials from the execution team.
Coordinate and align between maintenance planners and maintenance technicians; i.e. ensure proper spare segmentation and proper MRP (Material Resource Planning)-settings are in place and further reduce costs.
Conduct Tagging if required or appropriate.
Ensure that Spare Part Management reports and KPIs are monitored monthly on CMMS systems and SPM dashboard
