• Good at communicating and presenting in English, including ability to read and write research papers.

• Prioritize internship experience in similar roles at large companies.

• General knowledge of E-commerce and Economics.

• Experience in business case competitions, e-commerce projects, or relevant clubs/research at universities or companies.

• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
