- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operation roles, MNC environment is preferred.
- In-depth familiarity with employee lifecycle management in the warehouse/manufacturing industry is essential
- Preference will be given to candidates with robust experience in HR management systems, including timekeeping, overtime (OT) management, shift scheduling, payroll processing, and leave application systems.
- Team player, results oriented, self-motivated and good with details
- Knowledge of government regulations including labor code, SHUIs
- Strong customer centric and business partnership mindset and experience.
- Solid communication and interpersonal engagement and able to work with all levels of management
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
