- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM) may be preferred.
- Experience: Relevant experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in planning and forecasting software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
