Job description:

1. Supervise the work at the jobsite and give instructions to project manager of the subcontractor

2. Manage the project to meet the deadline, quality and budget

3. Assist Sales Manager to close sales for tendering stage

Selection criteria:

1.     Back ground: Construction Engineer/ Architects/Interior experts

2.     Be good at communication, have the ability to work under high pressure

3.     Extensive experience of architecture, finishing, interior

4.     Having experience of problem-solving skill.

5.     At least Medium level of reading and writing in English, and negotiation skills

6.     Responsibility, managing his/her workloads to meet deadlines.

7.     Demonstrated ability to research, analyze and report accurately and concisely.

8.     Demonstrated ability to function pro-actively and positively.

9.     Self-activation.

10.  Be consistent with the committed goal

11.  Good at BIM or able to use REVIT proficiently (if any)

12.  Experience: > 5 years.
