- Graduated from university, is in economics, commerce, banking, finance
- There are skills:
+ Foreign language: Good English proficiency;
+ Informatics: Proficient in office computer software (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, ...);
+ Able to plan, report, manage the implementation of the plan in accordance with the business  objectives;
+ Ability to synthesize and develop policies;
+ Skills in coordination and team work;
+ Have communication and presentation skills;
+ Officer: Have at least 1 years of experience in banking and finance and at least 6 months in the same position, experience at least 6 months with : Way4; loan core system.
+ Senior: Have at least 3 years of experience in banking and finance and at least 12 months in the same position, experience at least 12 months with : Way4; loan core system.
