• Test assignment according to the package/testing requirement for the submitted sample.
• Distribute the samples to the laboratory team for breakdown sampling.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service team and laboratory team for sample requirements or any information needed.
• Contact the client if there is any information about the Test Request Form (TRF), sample size, test method, or test items that need clarification.
• Ensure that all mandatory information is available in the Test Request Form.
• Ensure that priority is given to first samples and urgent service samples.
• Perform any other work assigned from time to time.

YÊU CẦU

• Knowledge of testing for consumer products.
• English communication at a B level or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a Third Party Lab in a similar position is an advantage.
• A results- and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
